Robert “Rob” McCoy Jr. – President
We at General Consolidated Constructors, Inc., are pleased to announce that Rob has been with our firm since its inception. Rob has over 30 years in the construction industry and is highly skilled in the following:
- Estimating: Hard Bid, Design Build, and Negotiated Contracts.
- Project Management: Supervision, Scheduling, and Quality Control.
- Solutions: Complicated Construction Applications.
Rob grew up in the industry as the son of a contractor and began his training long before he was out of school. Rob not only learned the disciplines of the carpentry trade, he also has a good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, as well as other trades. He knows the work because he has done it himself. Rob now takes care of sales and estimating as well as field support.
Tom Luby – Director of Construction
Tom has extensive knowledge in the field of commercial industrial construction. Tom has over twenty years experience with “ground up” building construction, T.I. and industrial facilities. Being the son of a contractor he brings the necessary experience for charge of all the field operations.
Joyce McCoy – Cheif Financial Officer
Joyce has been in the construction industry for 25+ years. She started out at a major lumber company as a department head working with the controller. It made perfect sense to segway into construction and continue her skills in a related industry. Now with GCC some 20+ years, she endeavered her way from Payables Clerk to Office Manager to Controller and culminating with her current position of Chief Financial Officer of General Consolidated Constructors. Over the years Joyce has implemented many cost saving and efficiency measures to assist General Consolidated Constructors in reaching its goals.
